Ben Chadwick

Ben Chadwick is a People and Organisations Consultant at Arup since July 2023, following a role as Junior Operations Consultant at Reinvigoration from September 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included client delivery across various sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Treasury Intern for the Government of Jersey from July 2019 to September 2022, contributing to the Internal Audit team and gaining experience in financial, cultural, and advisory audits. Earlier roles include work as an Outbound Call Agent at JT and as an Administrative Assistant at Crestbridge. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science in Business with Psychology from Bangor University.
