Ben Kidd

Ben Kidd is currently the UKIMEA Research Leader at Arup, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Ben served as Research Programmes Manager at Imperial College London and Research Network Manager at Arup. Additional experience includes roles as CIRIA Network Manager, Innovation Champion at Modern Built KTN, and Programme Manager for the Infrastructure Transitions Research Consortium at the University of Oxford. Earlier career highlights include positions as Research Project Manager at CIRIA, Environmental Consultant at GroundSure, and Environmental Engineering Consultant at WorleyParsons. Ben holds an MSc (Distinction) in Geo-environmental Engineering and a BSc (2:1) in Mathematics and its Applications, both from Cardiff University, complemented by A-levels in Maths, Biology, and Physics from Gorseinon College.
