Cem Budak is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in leadership positions. Currently serving as a Board Member at Constructing Excellence Midlands since August 2022, Cem has held various significant roles at Arup since January 2009, including Director and Arup Midlands Leader, as well as Director and Group Leader for Infrastructure Midlands. Prior experience includes the positions of Principal Engineer at Atkins, Design Manager at Owen Williams, and Engineer at Oriental Consultants Global. Cem's educational background includes an Executive Education degree in Shaping a Sustainable Future from the University of Cambridge, resilience studies from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from both the University of Birmingham and Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
