Caleb Lindley

Caleb Lindley is a holistic process optimization professional with over 10 years of experience in talent management, coaching, and employee relations. Having served as a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company and Peet's Coffee & Tea, Caleb developed and trained in-store employees while ensuring high standards of customer service. Currently, at Arup, Caleb manages ISO-certified quality and environmental systems for the Germany offices and supports various client-facing projects. Caleb is multilingual and proficient in Microsoft, Google, and Apple software. Caleb holds a BA in German and Russian from Grinnell College.
