Candace Polisi, EIT, is a Graduate Electrical Engineer at Arup since June 2022, previously serving as an Electrical Engineering Intern. Candace held leadership roles within the Society of Women Engineers from April 2020 to June 2023, including President and Treasurer, overseeing budgets and mentoring peers. Prior experience includes internships at Lockheed Martin, focusing on designing test equipment for military projects, and a Technical Innovations Internship at AESTUS Inc., where Candace researched thermo-magnetic generators. Candace also contributed as a University Course Assistant at Binghamton University, aiding freshman engineering students, and as a STEM Tutor for upper-level math courses. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Binghamton University, as well as a high school diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School.
