Carmen Hu is currently an Associate Director at Arup, a position held since 2025. Previously, they worked as a Tunnel Engineer at Arup from 2014 to 2018, contributing to projects such as the North Yorkshire Polyhalite Project and the Riyadh Metro Project. Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University, which they earned in 2011.
