Carmen Venegas

Carmen Venegas, P. Eng. is a Senior Engineer at Arup, where involvement includes serving as a member of the Owner's Engineer team for the Samuel de Champlain Bridge project since March 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Coordinator and Site Manager at Dragados Canada, Inc., managing numerous structures and packages from January 2012 to September 2015, and as a Site Manager and Temporary Works Coordinator at Ferrovial Agroman UK Airports Ltd. from January 2009 to January 2012. Carmen Venegas began the career as a Site Engineer in a joint venture with Lagan-Ferrovial after working as a Trainee for Dragados SA on extension works at the Port of Gijon in 2007. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria, completed in 2008.
