Celeste Young

Celeste Young is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Arup since August 2022, Celeste has previously held multiple roles at HASSELL from April 2015 to September 2022, including Talent Development Leader - Global and People & Culture Manager. Prior to that, Celeste worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Coal Services Pty Limited, where responsibilities included managing generalist human resources inquiries. Celeste's career also includes a role as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Brisbane City Council and HR Officer at Windsor Group. Celeste holds a Master’s degree in Business (Human Resource Management) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business (International & E-Business) from Queensland University of Technology.
