Celia Rosoman

Celia Rosoman is a seasoned professional in Organizational Behaviour, Culture, and Design, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in People and Organisation at Arup. Formerly, Celia worked as a Management Consultant at North Highland and held the role of Account Specialist at Partners Capital. Celia's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of St. Andrews, a Master of Arts in Persianate Painting from the Courtauld Institute of Art, and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to these roles, Celia gained experience as a Research Assistant at Varo Partners and a Project Assistant in a freelance capacity.
