Chi Leung

Chi Leung is a seasoned public health engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Principal Public Health Engineer at Arup since June 2025, Chi previously held roles as a Principal Public Health Design Consultant and Senior Engineer at Hilson Moran from October 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Public Health Engineer and Intermediate Public Health Engineer at Meinhardt UK and Ireland between July 2016 and October 2022, and as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer at Arcadis from August 2014 to May 2016. Earlier career milestones include roles as an Assistant Engineer and Graduate Engineer at Mott MacDonald from October 2011 to August 2014. Chi Leung holds a Master's degree in Building Services Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, both from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
