Christopher Wilkes

Christopher Wilkes is a Geotechnical Engineer at Arup, contributing to the Numerical Analysis Team since September 2021, and has previously held roles in geotechnical engineering both on-site and within the same team. Prior experience includes a summer position at Arup focusing on concrete testing data, and a role as an Associate Consultant at Halliburton, where responsibilities included creating geophysical workflows and conducting workshops on advanced petroleum systems analysis. Christopher's career began as a Consultant Geoscientist at Earthmoves Ltd./GEO International, specializing in frontier oil exploration and salt tectonics. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MSci in Petroleum Geology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
