Clement Ho

Clement Ho is a seasoned transport planning professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Council Member at CILTHK since October 2020, Clement has been with Arup since September 1998, where roles have included Director and Associate Director, managing transport planning in Mainland China and traffic simulation across East Asia. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Transport Planner, where Clement worked on diverse projects globally, providing expertise in transport modelling and economic appraisal. Clement's educational background includes multiple master’s degrees from UCL and Imperial College London, as well as an Executive Master from MIT Sloan School of Management focused on the resilience of urban systems.
