Cody Sharrad

Cody Sharrad is a Senior Rail Systems Engineer at Arup in Adelaide, having joined the firm in 2023. Prior to this, Cody worked at the SA Department for Infrastructure and Transport, progressing from a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to Engineering and Assurance Manager within the GREP Alliance. Their experience includes project engineering across various phases of rail projects, with a focus on integrating systems engineering to improve project outcomes. Cody holds a First Class Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering, completing the latter in mid-2023. Passionate about enhancing safety and user experience in rail transport, Cody advocates for proactive systems engineering practices.
