Conor Hoey is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the aviation sector, currently serving as the Director and Aviation Business Leader for Europe at Arup since February 2007. Hoey previously held positions within Arup as an Associate Director and Associate, focusing on design development and project delivery. Additionally, Conor contributed as a Council Member for Engineers Ireland from 2009 to 2011 and served as a Director at IaCC from 1998 to 2004 and at System Technology from 1994 to 1998. Conor's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and an Hon. Dip EE in Electronic/Electrical Engineering from Technological University Dublin, alongside additional studies at Imperial Business School.
