Coral Dyer

Coral Dyer is a Senior People and Organisation Consultant at Arup, where experience since September 2019 includes expertise in transformational change, organisational design, and cultural change. Prior roles include HR Transformation and Communications Project Manager at BT, focusing on change programmes and behavioural change methodologies, and various positions such as Behavioural Consultant and Training Manager, where Coral facilitated training delivery for HR transformation initiatives.
