Dan Cornick

Dan Cornick is a Structural Engineer currently at Arup since October 2025 and serves on the Digital Workflows & Computational Design Panel for The Institution of Structural Engineers since December 2024, focusing on the integration of Artificial Intelligence in the field. Previously, Dan held the position of Industry Tutor at London South Bank University from January 2024 to October 2025, guiding undergraduate civil engineering students on design projects and lecturing on lateral stability. From November 2021 to October 2025, Dan worked at London Structures Lab, contributing to digital tools and standards while leading structural projects such as One Golden Lane in the City of London. Dan's earlier experience at Ramboll (January 2014 - November 2021) involved working on various structural engineering projects across the UK, including new builds and refurbishments, while also serving as a Structural BIM Technician. Dan holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Kingston University and has completed a HNC in Civil Engineering from Solent University.
