Dan Garvey

Dan Garvey is an Associate Director at Arup, specializing in environmental planning and licensing. With a robust background in environmental consultancy, Dan has managed the preparation of 35 Environmental Impact Statements and has worked on diverse projects for major clients, including Vistakon and Bord Gáis Energy. Dan also lectures in sustainable design at Cork Institute of Technology and manages the Environmental Management System for Arup’s Cork office, certified to ISO 14001. Dan holds a BA (Hons) in Geography and Public Policy Studies from University College Cork and an MSc in Environmental Protection with First Class Honours from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
