Daniel McCool

Daniel McCool is an experienced transport planner with a comprehensive background in transport planning and coordination. Daniel's career began at Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council as a Graduate Transport Planner, followed by a role as Regional Travel Plan Co-ordinator at South East Wales Transport Alliance. Daniel then worked as an Engineer in Transport Planning at FMW Consultancy before returning to Arup as a Transport Planner and later advancing to the position of Senior Transport Planner from April 2018 to November 2023. Daniel holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Transport and Planning from Cardiff University and completed the Arup Masters Module in Autonomous Transport and New Mobility in collaboration with Urbanism Next at the University of Oregon.
