Darren Wright

Darren Wright is a seasoned professional with a robust background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director at Arup since September 1998, Darren oversees the Built Environment Team, ensuring the effective delivery of services. Prior experience includes a decade as a Project Engineer at TAC, where responsibilities encompassed the design and execution of Building Management System projects, including procurement and commercial management. Earlier in his career, Darren completed a four-year electrical apprenticeship at General Motors, working as an Electrician and Control Room Technician with a focus on process and plant control. Darren holds a degree from the University of Bedfordshire, obtained in 1988, and completed secondary education at Manshead Upper School.
