David Brown

David Brown is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 20 years of post-qualification experience. They have worked with a variety of clients across different sectors, providing strategic planning advice and policy development in Wales and England. Currently, David serves as an Associate Director at Arup, where they manage applications for major mixed-use and employment-led schemes and provide policy advice to Welsh local planning authorities. Their expertise includes development management, infrastructure planning, and renewable energy, with a focus on supporting key energy generation and infrastructure projects. David holds multiple degrees from Cardiff University, including a BSc in Geography and Planning and an MSc in Regeneration.
