David Cao

David Cao is a Senior Transport Planner at Arup since February 2025, bringing extensive experience in transport planning and strategy. Prior roles include Associate at ADVIER and Route Development Lead at Hardt Hyperloop. David's background includes significant contributions as Senior Manager Rail Strategy at Transport for NSW and various roles in spatial analysis and freight engagement.
