David Goodwin

David Goodwin is an experienced procurement and commercial professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, operations, and project management. Goodwin's career began with work shadowing at Thomas Vale Construction, followed by roles at Legalis Global that included Talent Acquisition Associate and Technology and Operations Associate. At Transport for London, Goodwin progressed through various positions, ultimately serving as Senior Commercial Manager on the Piccadilly Line Upgrade and managing significant contracts in the Deep Tube Upgrade Programme.
