David Karlsen is a Senior Project Manager at Arup, part of the Advisory Services team, since 2021, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Previously, David served as a Policy Advisor for the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation from 2018 to 2021, collaborating with industry experts to create research and policy papers in engineering and transport planning. David holds a Master of Science in Project and Enterprise Management from UCL, where they graduated with distinction, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering from the Engineering College of Aarhus. Additionally, David completed a Level 4 apprenticeship in Data Analytics at Multiverse in 2023.
