Dawn Lederer

Dawn Lederer serves as the Chief People Officer for the Americas at Arup, having joined the firm in December 2014. In this role, Dawn provides strategic leadership in developing human capital programs that align with business goals and is a member of the Americas Board, focusing on Region and People Strategies. Prior to Arup, Dawn held significant positions at Brown and Caldwell as Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Corporate Human Resources, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to support company growth. Previous experience includes HR leadership roles at KB Home, Nissan North America, Arthur Andersen & Co., Universal Studios Hollywood, and UCLA. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology & Counseling from California State University, Northridge.
