Dominic Cropper

Dominic Cropper is a Director at Arup, where they have worked since 1986, bringing over 30 years of experience as a chartered mechanical engineer specializing in the design of engineering systems for buildings. In their current role, Dominic leads the recruitment and development of staff, ensuring safety in both design and on-site work. They are actively managing multi-disciplinary design projects, including a facility for Rolls Royce's subsidiary, Aero Engine Controls, and a series of schools under a government funding programme. Dominic also served as a Governor at St Benedict's School from 2006 to 2015. They hold an MSc in Construction Project Management from Birmingham City University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Leeds University.
