Dominic Wade

Dominic Wade is an Infrastructure and Water Engineer with over 30 years of experience in diverse infrastructure projects, ranging from site development to large-scale national schemes. Currently based at Arup's Sheffield office, they play a key role in the Energy, Water and Resources team while supporting growth across African, Indian, and UK teams. Previously, they spent fourteen years in Arup’s Mauritius office, where they contributed significantly to the development of a 25-person Infrastructure and Environmental Team. Dominic holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea, and an MSc in Sustainability Leadership with Distinction from the University of Cambridge. Their expertise includes climate impact evaluation and the application of UN-SDG principles to maximize social value and promote sustainability across many regions, including the UK, Africa, and the Caribbean.
