Dorine Kuo

Dorine Kuo is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Project Manager at Arup, with extensive design and project management experience across multidisciplinary infrastructure and building projects in regions including Singapore, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Dorine has led complex projects such as the Dr. Chau Chak Wing Building at the University of Technology Sydney and served as Deputy Project Manager for the Cross Island Line Feasibility Study in Singapore. With a dedication to understanding human dynamics, Dorine fosters collaboration and trust within multicultural teams, driving successful outcomes amid high-pressure environments. Dorine also continues to enhance their qualifications with a Master’s degree in Social Change and Development from the University of Newcastle.
