Dr. Michael Parker

Dr. Michael Parker is an accomplished professional in operations and business transformation, currently serving as Associate Director for People & Organisations Advisory at Arup since August 2023. Previously, Dr. Parker held the position of Director of Operations, Development at Clarion Housing Group, the UK's largest housing association, overseeing governance and key transformation initiatives. With extensive experience across various sectors, Dr. Parker has led performance improvement projects at Gleeds and acted as Principal Consultant at Curium, in addition to roles at Ernst & Young, AECOM, and Taylor Wimpey. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration from Aston University, an MBA from the University of Reading, and an MEng (Hons) in Architectural Engineering from Cardiff University, alongside a PG Diploma in Project Management from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
