Eleanor Selby

Eleanor Selby is a Principal Planner at Arup, currently pursuing an MSc in Spatial Planning with a keen interest in large-scale mixed-use development in areas needing regeneration and investment. Previously, they have worked in various planning roles at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and gained experience through a work placement at The Crown Estate. As the founder of Swimastery, a personalized swimming coaching company, Eleanor also served as the Head Coach for the Winchester College Swim Team, achieving significant success. Additionally, they have contributed to academia as a lecturer at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, focusing on the impact of spatial policy on the built environment.
