Elizabeth Stapley

Elizabeth Stapley is the Global Head of Future Skills at Arup, where they are responsible for Strategic Workforce Planning and Early Careers on a global scale. Previously, Elizabeth held senior HR roles at Openreach and OVO, where they focused on people transformation and organizational diagnostics, respectively. They also served in leadership development and HR advisory positions at British Airways and PwC UK. Elizabeth completed a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management at Reed Business School and holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Manchester. Throughout their career, they have developed a strong passion for creating inclusive cultures and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
