Eoin Doyle is an experienced engineering professional with a specialization in highways and transportation infrastructure. Currently serving as Associate Director and Highways Lead at Arup since April 2016, Eoin oversees major projects, including the development and maintenance of technical specifications for road design and construction. Previously, Eoin held the position of Principal Highways Engineer at Jacobs, managing critical road safety consultancy services for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. Eoin's early career includes roles as Project Manager at Downer, focusing on railway projects in Australia, and as Designers Site Representative at WHITE YOUNG GREEN for major motorway projects. Eoin began as a Graduate Engineer with the Dept of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, contributing to significant dredging and remediation projects. Eoin holds a B.Eng(Hons) in Structural Engineering from Munster Technological University and a Diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
