Eric Euting

Eric Euting is the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Director at Arup, where since June 2021, Eric has focused on enhancing organizational DEI strategies. Prior to this role, Eric managed Organization Transformation at Deloitte from February 2013 to June 2021, emphasizing the people aspects of business transformations and optimizing technology investments such as Workday and Oracle. Eric also led the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consulting Practice at Deloitte, delivering expertise in inclusive leadership and custom programming. Earlier experience includes various positions at Actuant Corporation from October 2005 to February 2013, including Senior Consultant and Help Desk Manager. Eric holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a degree in Management Information Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
