Erika Conde

Erika Conde, PhD, is an accomplished environmental professional with a diverse background in customer experience, consultancy, and research. Recently serving as a Customer Experience Ambassador at TOMRA Collection, Erika managed customer service for over 200 clients weekly, achieving notable satisfaction rates. Previous experience includes roles as an Environmental Consultant at Indumil Colombia, where assessments improved production processes, and significant contributions at Griffith University, involving waste management strategies for over 15 companies. Erika has also served as a Research Assistant focusing on e-waste management in the Pacific region and has been actively engaged as a Project Manager, coordinating stakeholders for developing an Australian anaerobic digestion roadmap. With a solid academic foundation, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Engineering, Erika currently works as a Waste and Resource Management Consultant at Arup.
