Erin Mills

Erin Mills is a Senior Fire Engineer at Arup, where they have progressed from a Graduate Fire Engineer to a Fire Engineer and now to their current role since 2023. They completed a degree in Structural Engineering with Architecture at The University of Edinburgh, where they also gained experience as a Structural Fire Intern, participating in research on utilizing 3D laser scans for damage detection. Prior to their tenure at Arup, Erin interned at BAM Nuttall Ltd, assisting with temporary works design and planning engineering, and spent six years as a lifeguard and swim teacher at Moray Leisure Centre.
