Federico Torres is the Americas South Leader and Principal at Arup, a position held since April 2014, responsible for managing operations and leading projects in Colombia while fostering significant growth in the local team. With prior experience as the Latin America Operations Manager at Steer Davies Gleave, Torres managed resources across five countries and improved regional profitability. In an earlier role as Vice President at NHU Diseño Construcción y Gerencia de Proyectos, Torres oversaw financial management and project coordination for Bogotá’s Bus Rapid Transit System. Torres holds an MBA from Imperial College London and multiple master's degrees in sustainability, urban studies, and business administration.
