Fiona Grout currently serves as the Global Head of Reward at Arup since April 2024. Prior to this role, Fiona spent over 15 years at Accenture, where positions included Total Reward Senior Manager- Europe Partner Lead, overseeing reward strategies across 33 countries; HR Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Manager, leading HR due diligence for global acquisitions; and various roles within the Global Total Rewards Center of Expertise. Earlier experience includes a position as the UK and Ireland Reward Lead, as well as roles at British Petroleum as a Reward Adviser and part of the HR Graduate Programme. Fiona holds a BA (Hons) in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
