Fraser Maxwell is the Associate Director of Nature & Environment at Arup, where they lead a team of approximately 30 specialists in various aspects of climate and sustainability services. Based in Edinburgh, Fraser has extensive experience in ecological and environmental consultancy, including work on renewable energy projects and biodiversity strategies. Previously, they served as a Principal Ecologist at Scott Wilson and held various roles in ecological consultancy, further enhancing their expertise in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and project management. Fraser holds a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Dundee and an MSc in Ecology from the University of Durham, as well as completing a sustainability leadership program at the University of Cambridge.
