Gabriele Tulini

Gabriele Tulini is a seasoned Principal Highway Engineer with extensive experience in highway design and engineering, currently leading the highways team for the HS2 Phase 1 detailed design at Arup. With prior roles at 3TI PROGETTI S.p.A. and WSP in the UK, Gabriele has coordinated complex design projects across various local authorities, including Transport for London and Highways England. Gabriele began a professional career as a Graduate Highway Engineer and has worked on significant projects, including the Ulu Jelai Hydroelectric Project in Malaysia and urban infrastructure in Nigeria. Gabriele holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Road Infrastructures and Transportation Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
