Gary Davies

Gary Davies currently serves as the Chair for ACE Wales, a position held since July 2024. With over two decades of experience at Arup, Gary has held various roles including Director, Global Highways Skills Network Leader, and Associate Director, where expertise in delivering outcome-driven solutions and fostering a culture of excellence is emphasized. Gary has also led the Highways Team in Cardiff and managed multiple infrastructure projects globally, implementing BIM practices and ensuring quality across diverse sectors. Prior to Arup, Gary worked as a Civil Engineer at Black & Veatch, contributing to significant projects such as Heathrow Terminal 5. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering Design & Management from Cardiff University and additional education at the University of Salford.
