Gary Mailer MAPM CITP is a Strategic Programme Architect focused on building environments that enhance performance in complex settings. With extensive experience in project and programme management, Gary has led transformative initiatives across various sectors, including health technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Currently, Gary serves as Head of Programme Management at Arup, where they develop and lead a Programme Management Service Line while coaching project managers. Previously, they have held senior project management roles at notable companies such as BAE Systems, Simplyhealth, and Dixons Carphone, consistently delivering high-value projects and improving operational efficiency. Gary is furthering their education as an NLP Practitioner and pursuing a BSc in Business Information Technology at the University of Portsmouth.
