Harjit Shoker

Harjit Shoker has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Employer Brand & EDI Lead at Arup since June 2017, after holding positions including Resourcing Employer Brand & EDI Manager and Resourcing Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Manager at Aurora Ventures, focusing on female-centric initiatives, and Recruitment Manager at Convergence Group. Harjit also held various positions at Atkins from July 2007 to February 2016, where responsibilities included talent attraction and specialized recruitment for niche skill sets in Defence and Aerospace. Earlier career experience includes working as a Recruitment Coordinator and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays RM. Harjit holds a BA Honours degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Wolverhampton University.
