Heather Joy Rosenberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sustainability, resilience, and social equity. Currently serving as an Associate Principal at Arup since January 2019, Rosenberg also holds the position of Founder/President at Building Resilience Network and President/Founder at Fifth Road, both established in January 2018 and 2014, respectively. Additionally, Rosenberg directs the LA Resilience Initiative for the USGBC-Los Angeles, leading efforts to promote an integrated approach to resilience in Los Angeles. Previous roles include Ginsberg Fellow at USGBC and Principal at both The Cadmus Group, Inc. and CTG Energetics, Inc. Rosenberg holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's Degree in Community Development and Ecology from The Evergreen State College.
