Hoa Yang

Hoa Yang leads multidisciplinary teams in developing evidence-based policy frameworks for spatial equity as a Senior Consultant at Arup since 2015. They have served as a Sessional Academic at Monash University in 2025 and previously held positions as a Technical Advisor at XYX Lab, an Architectural Assistant at various firms, and a Graduate Architect at RBA Architects and Conservation Consultants. Hoa holds multiple degrees, including a PhD from Monash University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne, complemented by an exchange program at Delft University of Technology.
