Jack Yiu

Jack Yiu is a highly experienced civil and geotechnical engineer currently serving as Director at Arup, a position held since August 2005, where Jack leads a team in various design works, including deep excavation for metro stations, tunnelling, and slope engineering. Jack also plays a significant role in expanding the firm's energy business in Asia, overseeing projects in the oil and gas sector and offshore wind farms in Japan. Prior to this, Jack worked at the Geotechnical Engineering Office of the HKSAR Government from August 2002 to July 2005, progressing from Graduate Engineer to Associate. Jack holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as a foundational education from St. Paul's Co-educational College.
