Jan Kertscher

Jan Kertscher is an experienced professional in the field of architecture and property advisory, currently serving as Director and Property Business Leader for Germany at Arup since March 2025. Kertscher has held several leadership positions at Arup, including Associate Director roles in both the Property Advisory and Advisory Services divisions, demonstrating expertise in project management and consulting. Previous experience includes serving as an Architectural Project Manager at Praeger Richter Architekten and working as an Architect at Anderhalten Schwabe Generalplanung. Kertscher also contributed to academia as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Berlin.
