Jane Samuels is an experienced leader in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), focused on inclusive design and cultural engagement. Currently serving as the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Foster + Partners, Jane specializes in managing high-impact inclusive programs and advising on accessibility best practices across various organizations. With a strong track record that includes roles at the Natural History Museum and the Houses of Parliament, Jane has dedicated their career to fostering innovative EDI initiatives that promote belonging and accessibility for underrepresented communities. Jane continues to enhance their education through multiple degrees, including a Master's in Museums & Galleries studies from UCL Institute of Education.
