Jeff Rathgeber has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, holding significant leadership roles. As Project Director at Jacobs from October 2011 to June 2021, Jeff directed oil and gas infrastructure projects. Prior to that, Jeff served as Director of Engineering at Plains Midstream Canada from February 2005 to October 2011, focusing on oil and gas engineering and construction. Currently, Jeff is the Team Leader for Transaction Services at Arup, a position held since June 2021, overseeing operations in the Asia Pacific region. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 1981 and 1985.
