Jeffrey Vance is an executive level safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. They served as Vice President of SH&E for AECOM from 2019 to 2024 and held the position of SH&E Director at Parsons Corporation from 2006 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Health and Safety Manager for various employers from 1993 to 2006. Currently, Jeffrey is the HSEQ Leader for Arup. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Service and Safety Technology from Shepherd University.
