Jesse Vernon

Jesse Vernon is a Global EDI Lead at Arup, where they partner with leaders to implement the company's vision for equity, diversity, and inclusion. With over 10 years of experience in EDI leadership, Jesse focuses on amplifying underrepresented voices and driving cultural change through inclusive practices. They previously held various editorial roles, including Technical Editor and Copy Editor, and have a BA in Philosophy and Women's Studies from Vanderbilt University. Jesse continues to consult as a freelance editor and writer.
