Jill Fryars

Jill Fryars is a Senior Consultant in Advisory Services at Arup since May 2023. Previously, Jill served as a Senior Consultant at CEPA Ltd from October 2018 to September 2022, providing strategic advice to governments, NGOs, and private sector clients in the energy, transport, and water sectors, with a focus on developing competitive public procurement regimes in the UK renewable energy sector. Jill has experience in bid evaluation for offshore electricity transmission and has assessed financial frameworks for infrastructure financing in emerging markets. Additionally, Jill has worked at The Boston Consulting Group and OwnerDirect.com, holding roles that included Consultant, Economist, and Executive Assistant. Jill holds a Master of Science in Environmental Economics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
